Installations come to life at the Toronto International Film Festival
Bridging the gap from the Wall to the Screen
In order to elevate the experience of the Bell’s interactive graffiti installations at the Toronto International Film Festival, we produced an AR application using pre-recorded stop-motion sequences that allowed users to see the full process of the art on display. This was bundled into an iOS app and distributed via the App Store and on the iPads that were on-site with the Bell promotional team. Merchlar’s app was able to show spectators the amazing talent that Bell commissioned as part of their effort to exhibit their interest in local events.

The AR experience captivated visitors and tourists. The Toronto International Film Festival, as one of the most important festivals in the city, offered major exposure to both the artists and the unique AR concept.
